Green Tea and Vitamin C Cooler with Popping Boba

This cooler gives you 50mg of Vitamin C, which is over half of the average daily requirement!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-3/4 cup steeped & cooled green loose leaf tea
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 3 raspberries
  • 1 tsp. agave nectar
  • 2 Tbsp. popping boba

DIRECTIONS:

Steep 1 oz. of loose leaf green tea in almost-boiling water for 5 minutes; discard leaves and let tea cool. In a 16-oz. Mason jar, add juice from 1 lemon (save a slice for garnish), juice from 1 orange (save a slice for garnish), and agave nectar. Stir well. Add cooled tea and mix. Add popping boba, garnish, and raspberries. Cover and chill before enjoying!

NOTE: It is not recommended to leave fresh fruit in the tea much longer than a day. You can make up several jars in advance, but just add the fresh garnish before consuming.
