
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups filtered water
- 3 Tbsp. coarse ground coffee (I use a Vanilla Hazelnut flavor)
VANILLA SWEET CREAM:
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 20 drops (equivalent of 2 tsp.) zero-calorie liquid sweetener (like Sweet’N Low)
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare two clean 16-oz. jars with lids. Fill one jar up with 2 cups of filtered water. Add the coffee grounds and stir well. Place the lid on the jar and swirl again to mix. In the second jar, add the vanilla extract and liquid sweetener to 2 cups of almond milk. Mix well. Place both jars in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, use a filter / holder or a French press to strain the grounds out of the coffee, pouring the strained cold brew into a new clean jar.
To serve: Fill a 16-oz. Mason jar or glass half full with ice. Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup cold brew, and 1/2 cup vanilla sweet cream and stir. Enjoy!
