INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. pecans

BALSAMIC DRESSING:

  • 2 tsp. avocado oil
  • 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Layer in a 16 oz. Mason jar: spinach, chicken, quinoa, cucumbers, tomatoes, blackberries, and pecans. Top with dressing.
