BALSAMIC DRESSING:
- 2 tsp. avocado oil
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Layer in a 16 oz. Mason jar: spinach, Brussels sprouts, chicken, celery, carrots, beets, blackberries, onion, sunflower seeds, and goat cheese. Top with dressing.
